Nourishing minds.
35.5 million people, including 12.6 million children, in the United States are at risk of hunger. The first step in solving hunger is making yourself, your family, and your students aware of the problems that cause it. To help you, we've organized educational materials, informative links, and helpful suggestions that will aid your curriculum and benefit your students.
A good first step is having your students get to Know Hunger and what they can do to fight it in our country. It is important for students to feel empowered and to know that Kids Can Make a Difference, and sites such as these are great resources to start building that knowledge.
